Commission Process:
✧ Invoice > References > 1st Draft > Revisions > Final Sketch > Payment > Rendering > Delivery of Finished Work (via email)Notes: I have every right to decline (your commission request if I feel I am unable to fulfill your request.)

References:
✧ Kindly provide complete references for your character like a character sheet / reference sheet, preferred emotions, accessories, or outfit.
✧ Please do take note that I am doing ONLY Chibi Illustrations for now and the details will be simplified.
Note: For Customized OC's please provide detailed references for your character.Revisions:
✧ Major revisions are only allowed during the sketch period.
✧ During sketch period, there is a maximum of 2 sketch revisions and 2 color revision.
Note: If with additional accessories or expressions - add 5$ | ₱150
If with another outfit - add 10$ | ₱200Refunds:
✧ You may request a refund during the sketch period. and as long as we have discussed properly about matters at hand, however if the work is more than 50% done, NO refunds will be granted.Rush & Deadlines:
✧ I do NOT accept any rush work but with Priority Fee, will put you on top of my work queue.
✧ Please keep these in mind especially if you have deadlines to meet.Work Time:
✧ Depending on the level of complexity of the request, it may require a considerable amount of time for completion, as I am slow artist. To give you an idea, I only have time to complete the commission after work hours.

✧ Any private and personal information shared between parties will be used for transaction purposes only and will be kept confidential on both sides.

Documentation:
✧ Any part of the process will be documented and post publicly. (i.e. work streams, WIP posts, commission showcase)
Note: unless with NDA Fee is discussed beforehand.Usage:
✧ Personal Use (can be shared / posted / used in any social media platforms, printing and non-profit distribution of printed materials such as handing out of free stickers)
✧ Limited Commercial Use (used in external sites w/ subscription basis i.e. Twitch, YouTube, etc.)Credit:
✧ Any and all external sites where the commissioned art is showcased or used for Limited/Extended Commercial Use, my work MUST be visibly credited and linked back to me.Important Reminders:
✧ You may NOT claim the art as your own.
✧ You are NOT authorized to trace over my artwork including using it as a base.
✧ You may NOT change, modify, or edit my work without my permission.
✧ The Commissioned Art must NOT be used for NFT / AI purposes.
